How much is the delivery going to cost?

We have a flat-out fee of just £3.50 on all orders.

Please Note:

We ONLY SET OUT TO DELIVER YOUR ITEMS IN THE EVENING.

Only order from our website if you are happy on accepting your delivery between 6pm - 10pm.


WHERE DO WE DELIVER?

As our business is based in Wallasey, we currently accept orders from customers that are based in these following areas ONLY:

If your post code begins with:

CH42
CH43
CH44
CH45.


If you live outside these areas, your items will not be delivered and as a result you will receive a refund. Refund processing fees might apply.

We are currently trialing our delivery concept, the more demand we get the more we can expand to other areas in the Wirral.

Please do let us know if you are interested about our service in your area.

Why do you only deliver in the evening?

We believe that in order to offer a fast and efficient delivery service, we can aim to avoid traffics during the day and also majority of people have work, and we think it just makes a lot more sense delivering in the evening.

PLEASE NOTE, ONLY PLACE AN ORDER IF YOU ARE COMFORTABLE FOR US TO DELIVER YOUR ITEMS IN THE EVENING.

RETURNS

If I don’t like an item that I have ordered how do I return it?

We do make every effort through description and images to correctly represent the items on sale at TheTenthStore.com.  However, if you receive your item and decide that you would like to return it you must contact us first by filling in the form here to arrange a return authorisation. Items returned without an authorisation will result in delayed processing.


Cancellation

If you have placed an order before 3pm and would like to cancel it. YOU HAVE AT LEAST UNTIL 5PM TO MAKE A REQUEST TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER.

YOU MUST NOTIFY US BEFORE 5PM, FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT ON YOUR ORDER BEING PROCESS FOR DELIVERY.

There are NO REFUNDS available on delivery charges if you fail to notify us about your cancellation.

For hygiene purposes, we can only accept returns of underwear or lingerie if the item is faulty or the wrong item has been sent.
